The construction of the research and development center for the pharmaceuticals company, Teva in the science industries area of Kfar Saba. The structure is typified by special architecture planned by architect Dagan Mochly of Haifa and includes 30,000 m² of high-tech laboratories, experiment rooms, offices, cellars etc. the special architectural planning led to the execution of the structural work characterized by the use of special and advanced technologies and equipment. Teva Pharmaceuticals is a repeat customer at Ortam Malibu as in 2005 a Teva Pharmaceuticals factory was completed in Jerusalem's Har Hozvim.
