The establishment of a luxurious office building of 8000 m² specially planned by architect Gabi Tetro. Due to the special demands of the late Sami Shimon (Yachin-Hakal Corporation) who placed the order the project was built within the record time of 10 months by working as continuously as possible given planning limitations. Ortam Company even won a substantial financial bonus due to the customers' satisfaction.
