This is a multi-purpose structure funded by the Giron Company for the Meuhedet Health Fund. The building has two basement floors and four upper floors and occupies an area of 6,000 m².

The structure houses laboratories, a pharmacy, doctors' offices, clinics, public leisure areas, parking basements, etc.
