This project involves the planning and building of a 17-level upper parking lot covering an overall area of 30,000 m², designed to accommodate 1056 vehicles. The structure was planned so as to allow for large geometrical openings and the construction combines both prefabricated and conventional elements. Despite the fact that only two months were allocated for the bentonite foundation, and despite the need to relocate numerous underground systems that serve the hospital on a daily basis, the structure was completed within only 10 months, in accordance with the developer's requirements.
